It is very important to control the flow and the temperature of the paraffin while embedding tissue samples. For this reason it is recommended to use a paraffin dispenser while embedding. So you will not also have a good quality tissue sample block but also the control system of it will avoid paraffin waste.
It is also recommended to pre heat the plastic and metal molding staff before starting embedding. The 1.5 Lt. pre heating tank is installed on this device to make pre heating easy for you.
In addition to the 1.5 Lt. pre heating tank the device has a 3 liter capacity tank for melting paraffin and a hot surface.
The temperature of the paraffin melting tank varies between 30°c to 80°c, the pre heating tank between 30°c to 80°c and the hot plate temperature varies between 30°c to 80°c.
