Sectioning with Manual Microtome DS8402 takes place mechanically with no need for electrical connections.
Microtome DS8402 is utilized in Histology and Histopathology Laboratories and also in Research and Industrial Centers to study the deformations of the structure of the under study samples.
This device holds two handwheels. Using the Micro (Large) handwheel the tissue sample is sectioned and using the Macro (Small) one the tissue sample block gets near or farther the edge of the blade.
It is possible to section the tissue samples blocked by conventional L shaped or plastic tissue cassettes by the related block clamps.
Retraction facility of the Microtome DS8402 makes the operator get the best of the serial sections. This facility may also be turned off.
Auto-Trimming facility makes the operator get thick sections easily and quickly.
The levered disposable blade holder helps the operator easily change the blade. Also, it makes it possible for the operator to use all sections of the blade systematically and lessens the usage of the blade. The finger protection is designed in a high and secure level to reduce the damages of the blade.
All parts of the device are produced in Did Sabz Co. factories.
