Fully-Automatic Microtome Model DS9502

Fully-Automatic Microtome Model DS9502 is a fully motorized device by which any setting is done digitally. The Sectioning process is also performed digitally with the least operation on behalf of the operator.
The Super Light Handwheel of the device is one of the most highlighted features of it.
There are two Internal and External control panels which communicate in a real time manner with each other by which the operator can set the section thickness, retraction, sectioning speed, get the tissue block holder close or farther the blade edge and also perform sectioning process.
Microtome DS9502 also is equipped with an internal memory to hold the specific positions of the tissue block to increase the speed of operation.
The device also has Two foot switches for toggling between Sectioning and Trimming modes for ease of operation and for start/stop the sectioning process.
It is possible to section the tissue samples blocked by conventional L shaped or plastic tissue cassettes by the related block clamps.
Retraction facility of the Microtome DS9502 makes the operator get the best of the serial sections. This facility may be set or even turned off by the operator.
Fully-Automatic Microtome DS9502 is a programmable device and the operator can program it for sectioning different tissue blocks separately. There are also preprogrammed sectioning protocols defined on the device for biopsy and surgical tissue samples.
There is the facility of sectioning different sized tissue blocks in different sectioning windows to improve sectioning performance.

Adjustable Trimming facility makes the operator get thick sections easily and quickly.
The levered disposable blade holder helps the operator easily change the blade. Also, it makes it possible for the operator to use all sections of the blade systematically and lessens the usage of the blade. The finger protection is designed in a high and secure level to reduce the damages of the blade.
