3-screw blade holder

the blade holder is used to place the microtome blade on the microtome. today the use of permanent blades on microtomes are   absolete. using this type of holder is a disposable blades can be used on microtomes that can section the samples with a permanent blades.

by unscrewing the screws , the blade can be placed inside the holder and section the samples.
