Using the Micro (Large) handwheel the tissue sample is sectioned and using the Macro (Small) one the tissue sample block gets near or farther the edge of the blade.<br \/>\nIt is possible to section the tissue samples blocked by conventional L shaped or plastic tissue cassettes by the related block clamps.<br \/>\nRetraction facility of the Microtome DS4055 makes the operator get the best of the serial sections.<br \/>\nThe levered disposable blade holder helps the operator easily change the blade. Also, it makes it possible for the operator to use all sections of the blade systematically and lessens the usage of the blade.
