Therefore, to study the tissues, they must be cut with special tool very thin(in microns) so that they can be seen under a Microscope.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Sample cutting with Paraffin mold is done by a device called Microtome in 5 to 10 microns thickness.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">For this reason, the cutting operation is more sensitive than the previous steps and should be done slowly and carefully.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The sharpness of <a href=\"https:\/\/didsabz-co.com\/en\/product\/microtome-model-ds8402\/\">Microtome<\/a> blades is directly related to the quality of the sections. In Microscopic studies, there should not be\u00a0 any scratches on length or any non-harmonized shape on the sections.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Permanent blades should be sharpened periodically with special tools. The edge of the blades should not be visible under a microscope.<br \/>\nThe following are some common problems in Microtomy of the tissues and the causes of these problems.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Some common problems:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<h5>Very thin cut<\/h5>\n<p>Wrong Microtome settings, applying hot breath to cold blocks to accelerate sectioning , selecting the first section from the .ribbon cut, sectioning at very high speeds, inappropriate preparation, lack of Microtome calibration<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/didsabz-co.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Untitled.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3557 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/didsabz-co.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Untitled.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"447\" height=\"240\" \/><\/a>figure 1: very thin section<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\">2. Knife lines<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0damaged knife or blade, inappropriate tissue preparation process, presence of hard materials such as calcium in the block, presence of impurities in paraffin, deposition of buffer salts in the sample<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/didsabz-co.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Untitled1.png\"><img
